We are Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd (TPSB), a Malaysian private limited company, founded on 3rd November 2010 under the Company Act 1965. Our initial core business is providing project & contract management services for building construction and property development.
Forged with a strong belief and conviction in the construction industry, we registered ourselves with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in 2014 as a Class G7 General Contractor, providing a full range of construction services, including building and civil engineering.
Our services comprise project designing, construction, and completion of residential, commercial, industry projects of varying sizes and complexities, including high-rise condominiums, service apartments, corporate shops, and factories. We adapt and adopt current, cutting-edge construction techniques, technologies, products, and materials into our projects. With these, TPSB is perfectly equipped to provide the most effective and efficient building solutions for our clients and materials into our projects - including industrialised building system (IBS) and building information modeling (BIM).
In 2008, we incorporated GES VENTURE (M) SDN BHD (GESV), our associate company that is active in building and civil engineering construction works. In the past few years, GESV has completed numerous projects, such as linked terrace housing; earthwork; substructures works including piling and pile caps; and R.C retaining walls. Other than these, GESV’s portfolio also includes NOUVELLE industrial parks in Kota Damansara and Bukit Rimau, and the high-rise residential TWIN ARKZ in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

Precise Façade Sdn Bhd (PFSB) was incorporated on 20th January 2016 and registered under Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a G7 class contractor. Under the Taghill umbrella, PFSB’s business focuses mainly on architecture aluminium, glazing and facade works.
We are focus on high rise buildings, residential & commerical terrace buildings, factories and bungalows. We provide our clients with superior quality products and services where we perform according to their expectation and conform to all their specification & requirements.
Our products have aluminium windows & doors, curtain walls, balcony handrailings, shower screens, sliding doors, folding doors, aluminium louvres, skylight and composite panels.

YM Wong graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from The Nottingham Trent University (UK). He had his big start in 1998 as Quantity Surveyor at Juru Ukur Bahan Consult (JUBC). Two years later, he furthered his career in construction at Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd.
To date, his 20 years of experience in the construction industry includes project management; commercial, cost, and contract management in property development and building construction; feasibility studies for property development; value engineering; cost planning and cost control for high-rise/low-rise commercial residential buildings, development and construction works.
Vincent Chu joined Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd in 1991 as site supervisor. Since then, he has been promoted as Site Manager in 1996 and Project Manager in 2004. He has 28 years of experience in project management and construction management. His forte ranges from civil works to building works, including substructure works and superstructure works.
His portfolio includes 2 block 45 storeys service apartment (1040 units) at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (Element@Jalan Ampang) and 2 block 53 storeys and 45 storeys service apartment (447 units) at Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur (The Expressionz Professional suite@Jalan Tun Razak).
KS Yap graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University (UK).
He joined Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd in 2004 as Site Manager, before being promoted to Project Manager in 2007. Overall, he has been in the industry for 20 years, with experience in project planning, project management, and construction management. His portfolio includes corporate factories such as Lot 4, Lot 10, Lot 8 @ Nouvelle Industrial Park in Kota Damansara, Nouvelle Industrial Park (Phase 1 & 2) in Bukit Rimau, and Twin Arkz @ Bukit Jalil.
Bernard Lim graduated with a Bachelor Of Arts (Hons) in International Business Administration from Newcastle University (UK). He is a Sales Director for EXACO with prior roles consisting of supervising key account customers and overseeing EXACO’s Sales & Marketing activities. Including various sales management positions in the building material industry, he now has over 19 years of experience in the industry, covering tiles, marbles, and granite, as well as sourcing for both local and overseas building material such as solid surface vanity top, ironmongeries, sanitary ware, and fittings.
Ong Choon Ming is a Director for PRECISE with prior roles consisting of supervising product quality, resolving technical matters, and compliance.
He has more than 23 years of experience in aluminium and glass works, and has completed over 100 projects, ranging from bungalows to factories, shops to retails, and high-rise residential to commercial buildings.
Terrance Wong is a Director for PRECISE with prior roles of monitoring daily operations and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated periods. He is also involved in tendering, cost planning, and cost control in various projects.
Some of his projects in his 10 years in the industry include Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara in Kuala Kubu, PJ Trade Centre in Damansara Perdana, Damaisari Zero Lot in Wangsa Melawati, and Balakong Traders Square.
