Job Description
  • Direct and control payroll preparation, processing and distribution, ensure compliance with all government regulations.
  • Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company.
  • Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
  • Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.
  • Responsible in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process via sourcing and screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  • ISO/ Internal Audit
  • Overall documentation, including issuing Letter of Offer/Employment, Letter of Confirmation, etc.
  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/ absenteeism to work with operations for improvement.
  • Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employee’ personal file, ISO documentation, Training records, medical insurance etc.
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
  • Organising training sessions or trainings for employees.
  • Taking charge of internal and external audit.
  • Provide operational & administrative support on all HR related activities.
  • Deal with Immigration on work permit, employment pass and visa application & renewal etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by superior or Management.
