Who is Taghill Projects?

We are Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd (TPSB), a Malaysian private limited company, founded on 3rd November 2010 under the Company Act 1965. Our initial core business is providing project & contract management services for building construction and property development.

Client’s satisfaction is the solid foundation for TAGHILL’s tremendous growth and success over the years. Apart from strong business performance, TAGHILL is also the proud builder of many iconic buildings in the country, including the Award Winning Expressionz Professional Suites and Ceylonz Suite in Kuala Lumpur. This stunning and eye-catching new landmark with beautiful external façade at Jalan Tun Razak was a Commendation Winner of PAM Award 2019 for Multiple Residential (High Rise) category. Through this project, TAGHILL has uptilted the construction standard of high-rise building to a brand-new level: this significantly sizable project was completed fully furnished in just 30 month from ground floor level to roof top facilities level.

Not only renowned for its efficiency in delivering and completing projects with the most economical budget and within shortest timeline, TAGHILL is also the contractor of leveraging new technologies in the projects we take on, such as: embracing Value Engineering throughout the entire build process to strike the best balance between client interest, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery, maximizing the use of Industrialised Building System (IBS), as well as implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) to improve overall efficiency from design stage to post construction and building management stages.

Who is Precise Façade?

Precise Façade Sdn Bhd (PFSB) was incorporated on 20th January 2016 and registered under Malaysia Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a G7 contractor. Under the Taghill umbrella, PFSB’s business focuses mainly on aluminium and glazing works.

PFSB is the sister company of Precise Aluminium Sdn Bhd and managed by the same director Mr Ong Choon Ming who has over 20 years experience in this industry.

PFSB is equipped with experienced fabrication and installation sub-contractors who are specialised in high-rise and high-end projects.

PFSB is fully supported by their trusted suppliers, namely PMB Central Sdn Bhd, Vimax Trading Sdn Bhd, Teca Marketing Sdn Bhd, LKM Glass & Accessories Sdn Bhd, among others.

Who is Bimtech Solutions?

Bimtech Solutions Sdn Bhd (BSSB) was incorporated on 20 December 2019 and registered under Activities of Consultants Other Than Architecture, Engineering, and Management Consultants. Under the Taghill umbrella, BSSB concentrates on the development of R&D pertaining to construction-related technology.

BSSB functions as the sister company of Bimtech Solutions Sdn Bhd, overseen by the same director Mr. Simon Liew Wai Leong. With his astute 8 years of leadership, the team comprises of architects, engineers, BIM specialists, 3D modelers and CGI artists, working towards furthering the company's reputation as a leader in the construction technology space.

Wong Yih Ming

YM Wong is the Founder and Managing Director of TAGHILL Group, with responsibility for the overall company activities, business development, operational performance and group profitability.

Prior to establish TAGHILL Projects Sdn Bhd in year 2010, he held positions in GES Venture (M) Sdn Bhd, Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd and Juru Ukur Bahan Consult (JUBC), has vast experience in the fields of project management, commercial, cost and contract management in building construction and property development. Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours Degree) in Quantity Surveying from The Nottingham Trent University, U.K.

Vincent Chu Yee Hong

Mr. Vincent Chu is the Deputy Managing Director of Taghill Group and the primary person responsible for the smooth completion of all projects in which the Group is involved.He oversees all construction operations, making sure that projects are completed in time and within budget.

To complement his education, he has spent the last 32 years sharpening his business acumen and gaining extensive exposure in the construction industry working at companies like GES Venture (M) Sdn Bhd and Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd. With Taghill Group, his focus has been in large multi-storey towers and has successfully completed projects like Elements Ampang, Expressionz Jalan Tun Razak, Arcuz Kelana Jaya and Nidoz Desa Petaling.

Yap Kek Siung

KS Yap joined Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd in 2004 as Site Manager, before being promoted to Project Manager in 2007. Over all, he has been in the industry for 17 years, with experience in project planning, project management, and construction management. His portfolio includes corporate factories such as Lot 4, Lot 10, Lot 8 @ Nouvelle Industrial Park in Kota Damansara, Nouvelle Industrial Park (Phase 1 & 2) in Bukit Rimau, and Twin Arkz @ Bukit Jalil.

Bernard Lim Tau Seng

Bernard Lim is a Sales Director for EXACO with prior roles consisting of supervising key account customers and overseeing EXACO’s Sales & Marketing activities. Including various sales management positions in the building material industry, he now has over 15 years of experience in the industry, covering tiles, marbles, and granite, as well as sourcing for both local and overseas building material such as solid surface vanity top, ironmongeries, sanitary ware, and fittings.

Ong Choon Ming

Ong Choon Ming is a Director for PRECISE with prior roles consisting of supervising product quality, resolving technical matters, and compliance.

He has more than 23 years of experience in aluminium and glass works, and has completed over 100 projects, ranging from bungalows to factories, shops to retails, and high-rise residential to commercial buildings.

Terrance Wong Kek Weng

Terrance Wong is a Director for PRECISE with prior roles of monitoring daily operations and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated periods. He is also involved in tendering, cost planning, and cost control in various projects.

Some of his projects in his 10 years in the industry include Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara in Kuala Kubu, PJ Trade Centre in Damansara Perdana, Damaisari Zero Lot in Wangsa Melawati, and Balakong Traders Square.

Ivan Ho Wan Fah

Ivan Ho is a Execuitve Director for PRECISE with prior roles of contract management and business developmnet.He has more than 25 years working experience in building construction and civil infrastructure projects throhout Penisular and East Malaysia. His experience in building construction from landed to high rise building projects I’e , residential, commerical and public emenities and civil infrastrucure works I.e bridge, flyover, KTM station , water treatment and sewerage treatment projects.

Simon Liew Wai Leong

Simon Liew is the renowned Managing Director at Bimtech Solutions Sdn Bhd, having formerly spearheaded various R&D initiatives related to construction technologies. His objectives center around optimising the three critical factors of the construction industry: Time, Cost, and Quality - through the usage of software and hardware solutions. Managed by the highly experienced Director, BIM has a proven track record of success including the team’s recent selection as a top 10 finalist in the BIM contest Malaysia 2020. With over 8 years of experience as a pioneer in BIM, Mr. Liew has been instrumental in championing the use of BIM as an early adopter, even before it gained popularity in the industry.

At present, he is heavily involved in several complex projects that rely on BIM Implementation, including high-profile projects such as IKEA JB & IKEA Penang, Hospital Serdang, Anjinomonto Factory, Infineon Tower, and a multitude of high-rise residential projects.
