Taghill Holdings Berhad ("Taghill") and its subsidiaries, collectively known as ("Taghill Group"), have their core business in building construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Apart from that, Taghill Group also provides BMI digitisation solutions and services. The roots of the Taghill Group can be traced back to 1984, when one of its subsidiaries, Siab (M) Sdn Bhd was established. Over the years, the Taghill Group has accomplished many projects with a total value of more than RM 2 Billion.
Taghill Holdings Berhad was initially incorporated as a private limited company named Siab Holdings Sdn Bhd in 2020, before being converted into a limited company on 24 June 2021, and changing its name to Siab Holdings Berhad to facilitate the initial public offering exercise. On 28 February 2022, the Group made its debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
In June 2024, the Group successfully completed the acquisition of Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd and Emitech Solutions Sdn Bhd. Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd is a renowned construction company with strong business performance and proven expertise in building and civil engineering works. Emitech Solutions Sdn Bhd specialises in delivering state-of-the-art Building Information Modelling (BIM) services.
Taghill Group integrates all system and processes, including QMS, EMS and OSH, into a single comprehensive framework, enabling the Group to operate as a cohesive unit with shared objectives. By utilising the integrated Management System's (QESH), the Group can perform comprehensive audits and assessments, while also streamlining processes and resource allocations.
