WONG YIH MING
|Mr. Wong Yih Ming serves as Group Managing Director of Taghill Holdings Berhad and Managing Director of Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd (TPSB). He oversees the Group's overall business activities, operational performance, and profitability, bringing over 27 years of construction industry experience to his leadership role.
His career began in 1998 as a Quantity Surveyor at Juru Ukur Bahan Consult, where he handled cost estimates, tender preparation, contract administration, and final account preparation. He subsequently joined Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd as Contract Executive and later Contract Manager, where he learned the industry inside out and gained valuable experience in feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement, risk management, and project coordination.
In November 2010, he established TPSB as a project and contract management company that connected professionals and specialists to appropriate projects that benefited all parties involved. In 2014, he registered TPSB as a CIDB G7 construction company specializing in building works which marked a significant milestone for Taghill's development. Today, he leads all company activities, from operational performance to group profitability, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

VINCENT CHU YEE HONG
|Mr. Vincent Chu Yee Hong is the Executive Director of Taghill Holdings Berhad and the Deputy Managing Director of Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd (TPSB). He, alongside Executive Director Yap Kek Siung, ensures that TPSB's building projects are managed with precision, delivered on time, and executed within budgetary parameters.
Mr. Chu began his career in 1991 as a site supervisor at Gainvest Builders (M) and steadily rose through the ranks, becoming a site manager in 1996 and a project manager in 2004. With hands on experience spanning nearly three decades, he has mastered the execution of major building projects, from residential and commercial developments to industrial factories, roads, and railway stations. His portfolio includes prestigious projects such as a 1,040-unit, 45-story serviced apartment at Jalan Ampang, Selangor, and a 447-unit, 53-story serviced apartment at Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, under EXSIM Group.
Since joining TAGHILL in 2010, Mr. Chu has played a pivotal role in the company's operations, overseeing project execution and ensuring every development meets stringent quality and efficiency benchmarks. His leadership has driven the successful completion of landmark projects such as Expressionz Suites at Jalan Tun Razak and Element at Jalan Ampang.
YAP KEK SIUNG
|Mr. Yap Kek Siung, the Executive Director of Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd, first joined Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd in 2004 as a site manager and was promoted to project manager in 2007. His two decades in the industry have sharpened his expertise in project planning, management, and execution, ensuring seamless coordination from design to completion.
His project portfolio spans corporate factories like Lot 4, Lot 10, and Lot 8 at Nouvelle Industrial Park, Kota Damansara, commercial hubs such as Toyota Showrooms, and highrise residential developments like Twin Arkz @ Bukit Jalil. Recognized for his leadership, he was entrusted with overseeing day-to-day project management at TPSB, focusing on timely delivery, cost efficiency, and impeccable quality.
While others may struggle with delays and cost overruns, Mr. Yap ensures every project under his command is executed with meticulous precision, effectively staying ahead of challenges that disrupt lesser-managed developments.
CATHERINE LEE YENG LING
|Catherine Lee Yeng Ling was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Taghill Holdings Berhad on 15 April 2025, after serving as the Head of Finance since 2019. With nearly two decades of experience in accounting and financial management, she leads the Group's financial strategy, overseeing financial reporting, cash flow planning, and compliance. Her leadership continues to play a vital role in strengthening Taghill's financial foundation, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.
A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Catherine obtained her ACC qualification in 2004. She has held senior finance roles across diverse industries, including heavy machinery, retail, and services at reputable organizations such as Multico (M) Sdn Bhd, a global leader in equipment solutions; Tomei Consolidated Berhad a prominent local public listed entity on Bursa Malaysia's main market; and Voir Group, a leading player in the fashion retail industry. Her broad exposure across multinational and public listed companies has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set, making her an invaluable asset to Taghill's management team as the company continues its growth and strives to meet its financial objectives.
TAN HING HOO
|Mr. Tan Hing Hoo ("Mr. Tan") is the Head of Contract Department at Taghill Group. He is responsible for overseeing contract procurement, project costing, and advising on contract execution across the Group's construction portfolio.
Mr. Tan joined the Group in 2018, bringing with him two decades of hands-on experience in contract and cost management. He is well-versed in overseeing complex construction and engineering contracts, as well as managing Design & Build and Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management contracts. Mr. Tan's experience makes him an invaluable asset to Taghill Group in navigating the diverse aspects of the construction sector.
Mr. Tan's career began in 1998 as a Quantity Surveyor with Sutomo & Associates. He later served in key positions with several main contractors, including Domain Resources Sdn. Bhd. (a subsidiary of Malton Berhad, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities), M+W Hightech Projects (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Hiti Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. In these roles, he was responsible for contract administration and cost management on notable developments such as the Pavilion Damansara Heights mixed-development project, the Q-Cells solar panel plant in Cyberjaya, and the Western Digital semiconductor facility in Penang.
Mr. Tan holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom.
IVY GOH LENG SUAT
|Ms. Goh Leng Suat (Ivy) ("Ms. Ivy Goh") joined the Group in December 2022 and currently serves as the Senior Contract Manager at Taghill Group. In this role, she oversees all aspects of project costing and tendering across the organisation. With her deep industry knowledge, she plays a vital role in supporting the Group's long-term growth and operational success. Over the course of her two-decade career, she has built strong expertise of specialising in cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
Ms. Ivy Goh has built a solid track record in successfully managing and delivering largescale projects while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and contractual standards. Her strategic decision-making and strong leadership have consistently driven cost efficiencies and safeguarded project outcomes from inception through to completion.
Ms. Ivy Goh began her career in the construction industry in 2003 and has held senior roles in both main contracting and interior design firms, including positions at Propel Construction (under the PGB Group, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities), Gainvest Builders, and Spazio Space (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Over the years, she has contributed to a wide range of high- and low-rise developments as well as interior fit-out works for both public and private sector clients. Notable projects include the Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen Kuala Lumpur, property developments by EXSIM Group, a factory for Riverstone Holdings, and interior fit-outs for Olympus (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Panasonic Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
Ms. Ivy Goh holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
JOHN LEOW CHENG KEONG
|Mr. Leow Cheng Keong (John) ("Mr. John Leow") is the Senior Project Manager for the Construction and Development Team at Taghill Group. He has been a pivotal member of the Group since 2020.
Mr. John Leow completed his Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia at St. Paul's Institution, Seremban, in 1985.
Mr. John Leow began his career in 1986 and has since accumulated nearly four decades of experience in the construction and property development industry covering project planning, site execution, and stakeholder coordination across both the development and construction segments. He is recognised for his hands-on leadership, technical acumen, and dedication to project excellence.
Over the years, Mr. John Leow has been instrumental in numerous large-scale development initiatives in Selangor. These include a 120-acre development in Section 7, Shah Alam; an 80-acre township in Bandar Baru Bangi, Kajang; a 4-acre redevelopment project in Kampung Baru Ampang, Ampang; and a 14-acre project in Seri Kembangan. In addition to his development expertise, he has overseen the successful delivery of several prominent construction projects, such as as SkyAwani 2, SkySierra, and The Arcuz.
IR. TS. MOHD AZMI BIN ZAHARI
|Ir. Ts. Mohd Azmi Bin Zahari ("Ir. Ts. Azmi") joined the Group on 16 January 2020 and currently serves as Project Manager. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in the construction and building industry, with a strong track record in project management, construction technology, and technical coordination. His areas of expertise include civil engineering, construction project delivery, site operations, value engineering, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and stakeholder coordination, particularly within large-scale infrastructure and building projects.
Ir. Ts. Azmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours from University Technology Malaysia (UTM) and has obtained several professional certifications, including Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM Level 6) and Certified Construction Project Management (Level 7). He is also a Professional Technologist (Ts.), registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), and affiliated with the Technological Association of Malaysia (TAM) and the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM).
His role has been instrumental in ensuring timely completion, cost control, and adherence to quality standards. Ir. Ts. Azmi's strategic leadership has contributed significantly to the Group's operational performance and project delivery excellence. His commitment to innovation and construction technology advancement has also been recognised through his Professional Technologist title, reflecting both qualifications and leadership in the industry.
SIMON LIEW WAI LEONG

Mr. Simon Liew Wai Leong started his career as a quantity surveyor at TL Associates in 2012. Recognizing the shift toward digital transformation in construction, he pivoted towards technology while maintaining his expertise in quantity surveying. Joining Northcroft Glodon's sales team in 2013, he obtained first-hand insights of technology's role in construction. He later launched his own business, offering outsourcing measurement services using Glodon software, before partnering with Bimfinity to deliver Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions in Malaysia. His passion for digital innovation led to the establishment of BIMTech Solutions, positioning him at the forefront of BIM adoption in the industry.
